PAYMENT: I accept Paypal only. No e-checks, personal checks, or money orders. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING: I ship via USPS and/or UPS. Most of my items will be shipped via USPS 1st Class or USPS Priority. Buyer pays all shipping related expenses. I ship within three (3) business days from the date I receive payment.
INSURANCE, DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION: The cost of the item does includes insurance. In some cases, I also ship with Signature Confirmation. In the event an item is damaged during shipping, Buyer is to retain the packaging and the damaged item for presentation to the postal department in order for an insurance claim to be filed. Buyer may take these things to his/her post office or return them to me so that I can take them to mine. No refunds can be given to Buyer for damaged items without the Buyer's cooperation in this regard. Should any item be lost during the mail transit or not delivered, a claim will be filed with the U.S. Postal Inspector for investigation. Buyer will be asked to cooperate with the Inspector in such investigation.
RETURNS - REFUNDS: I will give a full refund, including shipping charges, if there is an error made on my part (wrong item sent, etc.). If Buyer wishes to return an item for any reason that is not my fault, I will be happy to offer an exchange of any item in my shop that is of equal or less value. No refunds or exchanges will be made until I receive the item back from the Buyer. If there is a problem with the item, or if Buyer wishes to return it or make an exchange, I must be notified within twenty four (24) hours of Buyer receiving the item. I must receive back any returned items within five (5) business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I will ship internationally on most items. International Buyers should contact me to determine if I will ship an item internationally and to inquire about the shipping price.
